With years of experience specializing in the fields of riflesmithing and restoration, we possess the expertise and knowledge required to handle even the most intricate projects. We combine traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques and some of the industry's best machines and tools to achieve exceptional results.

We take pride in our ability to restore antique firearms to their original glory. By meticulously rejuvenating these historical pieces, we ensure that their rich heritage is preserved for future generations to appreciate and enjoy.

Credentials

After completing studies and graduating with honors at the Colorado School of Trades in 2016, Geoff had the opportunity to work at tool & die and aerospace machine shops in the Denver, CO area. It was during this time that he honed his machining and print interpreting skills and gained valuable hands-on experience in the machining and manufacturing industry while also working as a freelance gunsmith.

During his free time in Colorado, Geoff also apprenticed with some true legends in the custom rifle making field, including Greg Tannel and Michael Tulowitski. Geoff also eventually returned to CST to work as a Machine Shop Instructor.

The Montgomerys soon relocated to Casper, Wyoming where they now operate Accurate Rifles and Restorations. Geoff also works with local greats Wyoming Gun Company. Over the past 5 years he has been helping build their gunsmithing division to what it is now today.

In July of 2021, Geoff experienced Gordy Gritters Extreme Accuracy Institute course for a personal, one-on-one deep dive into all that is precision rifle. https://www.gordysprecision.com/

Geoff has been working full time in the precision rifle industry for over 8 years building ultra accurate rifles for shooters all across the country, and is constantly striving to enhance and improve his skills.

In April 2023 Crystal Montgomery attended Cerakote Training and is now certified by NICS industries for the professional application of Cerakote products. We built a dedicated facility on site for this work.
