Custom made stress-free stainless steel sleeves precision machined to the ID of the bolt bore raceway. Bolt sleeves, body, and lugs are then carefully lapped into place under real world trigger tension.
Howa 1500
Just like the 700, these are good actions with the potential of improving them to custom-level. These bolts can be sleeved as shown in the photograph here, even on fluted bolts (extra charges apply for extractor cut on front sleeve).
