Any crown you wish.  Recessed, Hunter, Target, Flat (all feature 60 degree internal "double-crown")

Any thread you wish (within safe limits - you can't put 5/8 threads on a .600 barrel, but we can adapt it)

Includes timing of muzzle device if supplied at time of machining
